MyyntiAkatemia toteutti asiakasprojektin Partner4People Oy:lle. Partner4People Oy on turkulainen vuonna 2021 perustettu HR-palveluja tuottava yritys, joka tarjoaa ammattitaitoista ja luotettavaa palvelua pitkäjänteisesti.
Projektissa toteutettiin 3 osa-aluetta: kilpailija-analyysi, markkinointianalyysi sekä ostajapersoona-analyysi kahdesta eri näkökulmasta tarkasteltuna. Kaksi kuukautta kestänyt projekti saatiin onnistuneesti päätökseen joulukuussa 2022, ja viestintä MyyntiAkatemian ja
Partner4People Oy:n välillä oli aktiivista ja saumatonta. Partner4People Oy:n toimitusjohtaja Sanna Repo kokee, että ulkopuolisen näkökulman tuominen projektiin oli yritykselle erittäin hyödyllistä. Markkinointianalyysissä toteutettiin SWOT-analyysi, ja kilpailija-analyysin avulla tunnistettiin yrityksen vahvuuksia ja kehityskohteita verrattuna kilpailijoihin. Revon mukaan keskustelut projektitiimin kanssa antoivat myös ideoita verkkosivujen uudistamiseen sekä uusia näkökulmia markkinointiviestintään.
