MyyntiAkatemia carried out a client project for the Turku-based IT company Pilvia Oy in autumn 2024. The project team consisted of four students.

The project had two parts: conducting customer satisfaction surveys and new customer acquisition by phone. First, we implemented the satisfaction survey and reviewed the results together. Then, we focused on acquiring new customers and setting up meetings between Pilvia and potential clients.

In this project, the MyyntiAkatemia students got to explore a new and interesting field while developing their communication and contact skills. Both Pilvia and MyyntiAkatemia were very satisfied with the results.
